A significant recognition has been added to the accolades of Larnaka International Airport. Larnaka Airport which is managed and operated by Hermes Airports was “Highly Commended” in the “Best Airports in Europe” Awards (5 to 10 million passengers category) during the 35th Annual Congress and General Assembly of ACI Europe (Airports Council International Europe), which took place in Athens, on 19 June 2025.
The “Best Airports in Europe” award (category 5 to 10 million passengers) was presented to Sofia’s Vasil Levski Airport, with Larnaka Airport earning the second place among its European peers, receiving the “Highly Commended” recognition.
