The highest-value transaction, worth €19.7 million, involved building and six adjacent fields in Moni, Limassol district
Ask Wire, the data analytics company leveraging technology to monitor property transactions, asking prices, and construction activity, has analysed and published data on the 50 highest-value property sales completed during the first quarter of 2026, as well as their distribution across Cyprus’ districts.
According to the data, the 50 largest transactions completed between January and March 2026 reached a combined value of €197.7 million. The 10 highest-value transactions alone amounted to €83.9 million, with the most expensive sale involving building and six adjacent fields in Moni, Limassol district, sold for €19.7 million.
