Build-to-Rent and student housing: Can new models rebalance the housing market?

The debate surrounding housing pressure among young people has moved beyond diagnosing the problem to seeking sustainable, scalable solutions. Across many European markets — and increasingly in Cyprus — it is becoming clear that traditional housing development alone is no longer sufficient to meet demand, particularly for students and young professionals at the beginning of their financial independence.
