Anastasia Krivenko: The Way Out (revisited and expanded)

Anastasia Krivenko (b. 1981, Moscow, USSR) is a visual artist based in Paphos, Cyprus, working primarily with soft pastel and painting. After more than fifteen years as a graphic designer and digital artist in Russia, she relocated to Cyprus in 2018, where her practice shifted toward traditional, tactile media and process-driven work. Krivenko’s work explores themes of instability, memory, and the transformation of space. Drawing on architectural interiors, urban structures, and landscapes, she creates fragile, dreamlike environments that feel both familiar and unsettled.
