2025 proved to be a particularly productive year for the Human Resource Development Authority (HRDA), as part of its efforts to implement its vision for the continuous upgrading of the knowledge and skills of Cyprus’s human capital, the country’s most valuable resource, according to the President of the HRDA Board of Directors, Dr. Konstantinos N.
