President Donald Trump said a deal to end the war with Iran is close, but that the US won’t rush into it and the American blockade of Iranian ports will remain until a framework agreement is reached.
Trump said his deal would differ greatly from the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action negotiated during the Obama administration, insisting it would be the “exact opposite.” He added that no one knows the full details and the deal isn’t “even fully negotiated yet.”
