After days of questioning by authorities in the Bahamas, Brian Hooker, the husband of missing American Lynette Hooker, was released without charges. Benjamin Chew, co-lead counsel for Johnny Depp in his defamation trial, weighs in, saying that although Hooker was released, he’s not in the clear. Chew says there is an “overwhelming amount of circumstantial evidence of foul play here,” adding that “he’s not out of the woods.”
