An international effort is underway to contain a new Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda after the WHO declared it a Public Health Emergency of International Concern. The Bundibugyo strain has caused at least 80 suspected deaths and over 240 suspected cases, with no approved vaccines or treatments available. The CDC is coordinating the relocation of a small number of affected Americans, while aid including medical supplies and experts is being rushed to the region. CNN’s Kristie Lu Stout reports.
