Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research, supplier evaluations, and benchmarking analyses.
Prepare comparison reports and procurement recommendations.
Coordinate supplier agreements, contracts, and related documentation.
Liaise with hotels, suppliers, surveyors, contractors, and the Accounting Department to ensure efficient procurement operations.
Support sourcing activities, tender processes, supplier negotiations, and contract administration.
Monitor procurement activities and ensure compliance with company policies, budgets, and quality standards.
Maintain accurate procurement records and update procurement systems.
