Responsibilities:
Handle phone calls professionally
Maintain filing systems and organize office records
Perform basic tasks such as invoicing, receipts, and other accounting documentation, knowledge of Premiersoft is a MUST
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
Preparation of quarterly VAT to provide to external accountants
Performing any additional duties as required
Maintaining and updating customer records and spreadsheets
Ideal candidate profile:
Proven work experience as a secretary or Office Administrator will be considered an advantage
