Psilos Services and Construction Ltd is looking for an organized and responsible Secretary / Office Administrator to join our team in Limassol on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming phone calls and emails
Organize appointments and maintain files
Support customer service and day-to-day communication
Prepare documents and invoices
Provide general office administration support

Requirements

Very good knowledge of Greek and English
Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Professional attitude and pleasant personality
Previous experience will be considered an advantage
