Aphrodite Hills Hotel is currently seeking to recruit a Restaurant Manager to join its highly successful team and lead its New Italian Restaurant.
The successful candidate will support the daily operations of the Italian Restaurant, ensuring high service standards, supervising staff, assisting with cost control, and enhancing guest satisfaction.
Qualifications Required:
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar position within 4- or 5-star hotels or high-standard Restaurants
Sommelier certification or a similar qualification will be considered an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
