RESERVATIONS ASSISTANT
Tasks:
Handling reservation enquiries by telephone and email.
Entering reservations in the system.
The candidates should have:
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English.
Previous experience in 4 or 5 star hotels in a similar role position.
Attention to detail and natural flair for first class service.
High standard of literacy, numeracy and computer skills.
Energy and enthusiasm with excellent communication skills.
Proven record of strong administrative and efficient organisational skills.
Team spirit and pleasant personality.
