Position Summary
The Reservations Agent handles daily guest bookings and communication for multiple properties within a centralized reservations environment. The role focuses on accurate reservation entry, professional guest service, and effective coordination with the Reservations Manager(s) and other departments.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
Create, modify, and cancel bookings accurately in the PMS/CRS.
Ensure all guest information, special requests, and payment details are properly captured.
Upsell room types, add-ons, and hotel services to maximize revenue.
