Duties & Responsibilities:
Drafts job descriptions in collaboration with department heads and publishes them across appropriate recruitment channels
Liaises with recruitment agencies regarding role requirements
Screens CVs and conducts initial telephone interviews
Maintains consistent and professional communication with candidates, including acknowledgements and rejection notifications
Maintains an accurate and compliant CV database, feedback from interviews, maintain recruitment records
