Main tasks and responsibilities:
Assist in permitting procedures for all development projects.
Ensure compliance with planning authorities’ regulations.
Oversee preparation and submission of permit applications and any infrastructural applications (e.g. EAC, water supply, SALA and telecommunications).
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure proper documentation and compliance.
