Role Summary
As a Bellman, you will support a smooth and welcoming guest experience by assisting with arrivals, departures, and daily guest needs, while maintaining hotel standards and following all company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests on arrival and escort them to their rooms.
Open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and leaving the property.
Transport guest luggage to and from rooms and/or the designated bell area.
Support luggage storage and retrieval.
Assist guests and visitors in and out of vehicles, including loading and unloading luggage.
Explain room features, including key usage, mini-bar, ice or vending areas, in-room safe, and valet laundry services.
