Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist late-arriving guests with professionalism and warmth
Perform nightly accounting and revenue reconciliation procedures
Handle guest requests, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently
Coordinate with housekeeping and f&b teams as needed
Deliver exceptional guest service at all times
Required Knowledge, Skills & Experieces
Previous experience in hotel reception or night audit will be considered an advantage
Basic computer skills
Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work night shifts
