Role Summary
The Software Systems Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, availability and operational performance of software systems, web applications and cloud infrastructure across development, staging, sandbox and production environments. Acting as a key technical escalation point from L1 support, the role combines software engineering, systems operations, DevOps collaboration, automation and production support responsibilities.
