On behalf of our client, a modern medical practice in Limassol, we are looking for a Medical Receptionist / Secretary to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage appointment scheduling and handle incoming communications
Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional manner
Maintain patient records and support administrative and financial tasks

Requirements

Proficiency in MS Office and general computer use
Strong organizational skills with a professional and friendly attitude
Fluency in Greek and English
Previous experience in a medical practice will be considered a strong advantage

Additional Qualifications (Asset)

Knowledge of medical terminology
Familiarity with GESY software
