· Guest Service: Respond promptly and attend to guest repair requests. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their needs.
· System Operations: Understand, operate, and maintain advanced electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems.
· Digital Task Management: Monitoring, receiving, and updating maintenance requests through the resort’s Property Management System (PMS) and the resort’s dedicated Mobile Application. Ensuring all tasks are updated with relevant remarks immediately upon completion.
