Job Description

The role supports daily logistics operations, ensuring the efficient coordination of shipments, sales deliveries, and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in processing sales deliveries and invoices, coordinating and tracking shipments, and ensuring timely deliveries to customers.
Maintain accurate records of orders and shipments.
Support warehouse operations, such as preparing and reviewing shipping documentation, packing lists, invoices, and customs paperwork.
Monitor and report on delivery timelines, identifying and resolving delays.
Data entry on the Tack & Trace EU platform for registration of new SKUs and creation/print outs of the relevant barcodes to be provided to the Warehouse team.
