Main responsibilities
Manage and handle a range of property law matters, including sales and purchases of immovable property in Cyprus
Handle conveyancing procedures
Meet with and advise the Firm’s clients
Draft sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, and other legal documentation
Prepare and file court documents and applications
Requirements
Law degree
Admission to the Cyprus Bar Association
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in property law
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
Strong computer literacy and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
