LLT LAW is expanding and is looking to hire a motivated and dynamic Polish-Speaking Real Estate Administrator to support our Real Estate Department.

Main Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage administrative procedures related to real estate transactions and property matters.
Assist with the preparation, review, and organisation of sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, and other property-related documentation.
Liaise with clients, government authorities, Land Registry Offices, banks, and other stakeholders.
Monitor transaction timelines and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Maintain and update client files, records, and databases.
