Main tasks and responsibilities:
Provide necessary information for sales agreements preparation.
Upload, check and update projects information as Area list, Drawings, Specifications, 3Ds (inform sales dep. For any updates, changes etc).
Overseeing each project’s progress and update milestones dates, such as construction and delivery, on a monthly basis.
Final check of the separated title deeds.
Preparation of shares for each project.
