Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify and develop new conference topics aligned with industry trends.
Design and curate high-level conference agendas and content.
Identify, approach, and secure speakers for the conference/event.
Liaise with professionals, institutions, associations, companies, and other stakeholders to produce conference programmes.
Oversee the full lifecycle of conference production and event execution.
Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, and Operations) to support promotion, sponsorship, and logistics.
Develop new and innovative conference and event concepts based on market needs.
