Job Role
Responsible for the final condition of the guestrooms, working areas and other areas on the assigned floors, whilst ensuring their highest possible standard of cleaning and presentation.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for the smooth operation of the floor assigned
Responsible for the performance of staff under supervision (maids, housemen)
Directing and supervising all maids, seeing those job assignments are done on time
Inspects and completes inspection reports
Reports all departments and other information such as “early make up” as soon as possible to room attendants
Walks around all entire assigned floor/floors, checking for items in need of immediate attention…
