Key Responsibilities:
To be fully familiar with every area of the hotel and all installations
Understand the technical aspects of all hotel systems and their operations
Patrol and monitor hotel buildings and grounds to ensure the safety of guests and staff

Provide guests with assurance and assistance as needed
