Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of waiters/waitresses in the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Assist in the day-to-day operation of the outlet, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients and methods of preparation, to provide accurate information to guests.
Ensure that service standards are consistently met in accordance with the F&B Standard Operating Procedures and Hotel’s Policies and Regulations.
