Your Role
As part of the kitchen team, you will:
Follow the Head Chef’s directions closely.
Work collaboratively with the full kitchen team.
Prepare dishes in line with established guidelines.
Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well maintained.
Prepare both hot and cold dishes with care and consistency.
Handle ordering of kitchen supplies.
Store food items and materials correctly.
Follow dietary guidelines and hygiene protocols at all times.
Support the kitchen with additional duties as needed.
