Main tasks and responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of ongoing real estate development projects, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing regular analysis, insights, and reports to senior management.
Track project performance against approved budgets, identify variances, and analyze underlying drivers to support informed decision-making.
