We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations across our restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Menu development & quality control

• Multi-unit kitchen leadership

• Food & labor cost management

• Supplier, inventory & pricing control

• Hiring, training & team development

• Food safety & compliance

Requirements

• 7–10 years culinary experience

• 3–5 years in Executive / Corporate Chef role

• Strong financial & leadership skills

• English required | Greek preferred

• Cyprus market knowledge an advantage
