What to expect of your role:
As an Email & CRM Marketing Specialist, you will own outbound and lifecycle messaging across B2C audiences via Customer.io.
We are a cosy CRM team that provides onboarding and retention services to a constantly growing customer base. We welcome you to implement communication strategies for existing customers, identify differences in user journeys based on user behaviour across different markets, and convert these insights into regular touchpoints.
What you need to succeed in this role:
Experience as a CRM Manager or Email Marketing Manager for 3+ years (B2C; iGaming experience is a plus);
Strong knowledge of marketing effectiveness metrics across the customer journey;
Proficiency with customer engagement platforms;
