Main responsibilities and duties
Provide legal support for real estate transactions in Cyprus, including property appraisals, drafting purchase, sale, and lease agreements, risk management, liaison with government agencies, and oversight of registrations.
Open bank accounts for clients, including collecting required documentation and liaising with banks.
Register Cyprus companies and provide ongoing support.
Conduct basic client due diligence (KYC – Know Your Customer).
Consult clients on migration and immigration law matters in Cyprus.
