The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting clients via Live Chat, Telephone and Email, as well as maintaining the company’s high standard of client communication. Our client is seeking applicants who possess previous experience within a similar Customer Service-related position, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. You should be able to work on rotational shift-patterns as follows: 06:00am – 15:00, 12:00pm – 21:00 & 21:00 – 06:00am on a weekly rotational basis.
