The Position
The successful candidate will be positioned at the Corporate Department of the Firm and will undertake amongst other the following responsibilities:
Daily tasks of the Corporate Services and Banking Department.
Handling the daily corporate and secretariat requests of our clients.
Handling the incorporation, administration, and maintenance of limited liability companies as well as Board Meetings and Shareholders Meetings.
Advising on all aspects of company law, including incorporations, restructurings, and corporate governance.
