As Cook A’ at Adams Beach Hotel, you are responsible for your station’s output and for supervising the work of Line Cooks B’ and C’ (Demi Chef de Partie and Commis). You ensure dishes are prepared accurately, on time, and in full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervises and is responsible for all actions and tasks performed by Line Cooks B’ and C’ (Demi Chef de Partie and Commis) and, if necessary, performs part of their duties.
Coordinates and trains Line Cooks B’ and C’ or assistants (commis) assigned to their station.
Applies predetermined standard recipes for all dishes and prepares food with accuracy, consistent taste, and proper presentation.
Ensures the timely preparation of food.
