Role overview
Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort is looking for a Technician to join the Maintenance Department. In this role, you will carry out preventive maintenance and repairs across key hotel systems, respond to issues raised by guests and departments, and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the hotel.
Responsibilities
Carry out preventive maintenance and repairs of electromechanical, plumbing, heating, and ventilation systems and installations, according to your major skills and the annual maintenance plan.
Support preventive maintenance and repairs of fire alarm and fire suppression systems, working in cooperation with external subcontractors when required.
Respond efficiently and effectively to issues reported by guests and other departments.
