Bartenders’ key responsibilities:
Create a memorable experience to the bar’s guests
Engage with guests in a professional and attentive way, understanding their beverage preferences and allergies and make menu recommendations
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per the hotel’s menu
Ensure that the bar area is clean and tidy
Ensure that the bar has all the required supplies stock for the day and report possible shortages
