Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day operation of the bar.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items offered.
Prepare and serve drinks and beverages according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
Adhere to and ensure that all standards of service are met, in line with the F&B Standard Operating Procedures and Hotel Policies & Regulations.
Deliver excellent, friendly, and professional guest service at all times.
