POSITION SUMMARY:
The Analyst, ERP Systems provides system supports to business users on ERP application systems, maintains and ensures all various application systems operating stably and reliably and meeting user’s operation needs. He / She reports to Manager/Assistant Manager – ERP Systems and performs daily application support, involves in new project implementation and life cycle management of ERP Systems.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acts as primary resource to perform day-to-day operation support for ERP system and other related IT systems including system configuration, client installation, data entry, primary troubleshooting and engagement of 3rd level vendor support
