What you will do
Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple open positions with a high volume of candidates
Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and define candidate profiles
Source candidates, including cold outreach, using various channels, Boolean searches, and tailored outreach messages
Draft and publish job listings and write clear role descriptions
Conduct interviews by presenting the role and assessing competencies
