On July 3, 2025, the Shipping Deputy Minister to the President of Cyprus, Ms. Marina Hadjimanolis, welcomed the President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT), Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar Ismail Farag, at the Shipping Deputy Ministry’s offices in Limassol.
This visit follows Ms. Hadjimanolis’ official visit to Egypt in October 2024, during which she visited AASTMT’s facilities in Alexandria and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to foster cooperation in maritime education, research, technology, and innovation between the two parties.
