The Rio Bravo, or Rio Grande, is a natural border between the United States and Mexico. It translates as “Wild River” from the Mexican language. As this huge river “straddles” between Texas and Mexico, so does the Rio Bravo Saloon, the well-known restaurant in Limassol, which we all love for its margaritas, tacos, fajitas, flautas and of course, nachos with its delicious dips. The place of course does not go unnoticed, as I always remember myself gazing at the huge dreamcatchers hanging from the ceiling and the tapestries with native people of North America.
