
The ERATOSTHENES Centre of Excellence has received the prestigious “HR Excellence in Research” award from the European Commission, confirming its commitment to creating an attractive and supportive work environment for researchers.
As part of the evaluation process, an analysis of the Centre’s existing procedures was conducted based on the 40 criteria outlined in the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers. This analysis focused on four key pillars: Ethics and Professionalism, Recruitment and Selection, Working Conditions, and Education and Development.
