The Cyprus Broadcasting Corporation (CyBC) is delighted to announce that Cyprus will participate in this year’s Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2024, which will be held in Madrid on November 16, 2024.
Cyprus will be represented by eleven-year-old Maria Pissarides from Nicosia, who studies at a performing arts school in the UK. The choice of Maria was made after an evaluation of a proposal by the production company Chandal Entertainment Ltd to CyBC.
The song that will represent Cyprus is composed and written by Sofia Patsalidou,
