Fusion-Ethnic cuisine is a term that refers to a type of cooking that combines elements from different ethnic cuisines, creating new and innovative flavours. The word “fusion” means union or fusion, while “ethnic” refers to the traditional cuisines of specific cultures or regions. In recent years, we often hear this term in Cyprus, with many restaurants placing themselves in this category of gastronomy. In Limassol, one restaurant in this category that seems to be gaining impressions all the time is Benzai Sushi Bar!
