On Sunday was the third and final day of the 24th Cyprus Choreography Platform. Melina Sofocleous received this year’s award for emerging choreographer. After the award ceremony a closing party was held at Madame Bar.
The selection committee in their official statement, expressed gratitude and extended their congratulations to all the artists participated in this year’s edition of the Cyprus Choreography Platform. The committee cogratulatied espevially all three emerging choreographers and their mentor, Christos Polimenakos, for showcasing the diversity of the Cypriot choreographic scene and raising expectations for their future work.
