Works To Improve Ayios Dometios Crossing Point Begin On Wednesday

The works are expected to last four months and the contractual completion date is 21 May 2025

The Ministry of Transport announced on Monday that it will begin improvement works of the Agios Dometios crossing point on Wednesday, January 22 which are expected to be completed by May 21.

According to an official press release, the improvement works, that will begin on Wednesday, include the opening of a third lane towards the Turkish occupied areas and the construction of an additional control point from the Turkish occupied areas.
