Carobs were a big deal in Cyprus back in the day. These sweet, cocoa-like pods were a beloved food source and a major export commodity, fueling the island’s economy and becoming a symbol of its history. Giant warehouses dotted the coast of Limassol, shipping them abroad.
Fast-forward to today, and one of these warehouses has been reborn as the epicenter of Limassol’s art scene: The PSI Foundation.
